The biggest tech trade show in the United States is just a few hours away, and as I prepare for my flight to Vegas (Baby) I’ll be attending my very FIRST CES conference along with my fellow colleagues from ALPHA; Katharine Belloir and Stephen Olshansky. Seasoned CES-ers Steve Greene and Erik Williams will be there too, getting in this year’s action.

Does anything scream summer more than a frozen treat on a hot day? The answer is no, nothing. Which leads me to talk about my new summer obsession: frozen yogurt (fro-yo if you’re trendy). Yes, that’s right; I am going to challenge all previous posts about establishing good blogging habits and writing meaningful blogs by talking about what I’ve eaten today instead.

We’ve all watched enough viral videos to know that they are quickly becoming an alternative approach to reaching a broad audience, but could viral videos drive the revenue out of traditional media as we know it?  Furthermore, is there a way to ensure that a video will go viral and are there any factors that can predict an online video’s success?
