Since Thanksgiving and all those popular December holidays are just around the corner, we figured this might be the only free moment you’ll have to sit back and enjoy the latest ALPHA newsletter. Happy leafing, happy fall, and merry everything else!
With all the great work we do for our clients it’s hard to find time to do our own marketing. (Cobblers’ children, right?) But we made the time and are really amped with the results. Click on the image and check out our latest ALPHA “demo reel” with some of our sharpest and smartest work.:
Bell and Howell had a trade show coming up and realized that their existing branding and messaging was no longer sufficient in that it spoke only to their past as a manufacturer of letter-shop equipment. In reality, Bell and Howell now had a flexible suite of multi-channel technologies to offer clients, including equipment, quality and software solutions.
How could Bell and Howell speak to their customers in a new way about what they could deliver? That was our challenge, and we met it with a new positioning: “Clear Intelligence at Work.” ALPHA created a dynamic video and all the materials for their booth, which brought rave reviews.
Truphone, the first global mobile network without country borders, needed a partner portal for their new referral partner program. The idea was to create a dedicated place where business partners could go to refer new customers to the Truphone network and in turn, earn a cash reward for every successful new activation.
ALPHA designed the portal so that selling tools and information would be easily accessible. The portal enables partners to get the Truphone point of difference quickly, watch a webinar and get customers activated. Check it out at truphonepartners.com.
Bandwidth was looking for support to launch a new partner program into the channel. ALPHA developed a program that not only would incentivize partners to sell Bandwidth’s services, but also educate them on how those services work and how best to position Bandwidth to their clients.
The ALPHA-designed partner portal provided a single location where partners could access program information and sales tools, as wellas a supporting content management system for data collection and evolving content. In other words, the stuff ALPHA does best. Go to partners.bandwidth.com to see for yourself.
We take Halloween very seriously around here.
This year, everyone showed up to work in costume and really got in the spirit. For example: Nicky Peele dressed up as Jessie from Toy Story, Amber Fitz was Captain Jack Sparrow, Diane Stadlen was Gilligan, Alex Traboulsi was a spot-on Freddie Mercury and Jocelyn Mohr brilliantly went as Google Maps. Nicky took home best costume and Jocelyn and Alex tied for first in the pumpkin carving contest. We also enjoyed some unique and somewhat gross Halloween-themed treats. Steve Greene made his famous ‘kitty litter’ Tootsie Rolls. Plus we enjoyed some pumpkin vomit guacamole. It’s delicious! Check out everyone’s costume on the ALPHA Facebook page and be sure to comment on your favorite.
ALPHA is dedicated to staying involved in projects, causes and organizations that help make a meaningful contribution to our community.
Light The Night
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk helps fund treatments for blood cancer patients, and this year ALPHA proudly walked to help raise money for the Raleigh chapter. Read some of the inspirational stories at www.lightthenight.org/nc and perhaps it will inspire you to walk with Team ALPHA next year.
ALPHA Toy Drive
We are proud to be hosting another toy drive at our offices this year. It’s such a wonderful feeling to know that we can help bring joy to children during the holidays. This year’s toy drive will run from November 18th through December 11th. Clients and friends of ALPHA are welcome to drop off toys at our office during that time period. All toys will be donated to the Salvation Army’s Christmas Cheer Program via the Capital City Clauses (jingleball.org).
