Cisco tasked ALPHA with developing a pilot Customer Loyalty Program to help move their marketing and sales to a more customer-centric and less transactional model.  Additionally this was to allow field representatives s to nurture one-to-one relationships.

 ALPHA created and executed an entire program, including a quarterly email newsletter for field marketing reps to send directly to their customers. ALPHA developed the content, structure and template design. Each newsletter communicated national, regional and local events and activities (easily customizable for each rep) as well as product and service information.
