Same Day Branding Campaign

Our mission, had we chosen to accept it, was to build internal and external awareness of DHL’s Same Day Service and gain repeat business in targeted verticals such as Aerospace, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Gas & Energy.

We accepted. And came back with a Mission Impossible themed video, centered around a client and customer service representative simulating “a day in the life” of a critical shipment. The video aimed to engage viewers while effectively communicating the service level DHL Same Day offers. Plus, by setting the action in the Same Day offices, we were able to spotlight DHL’s facilities and demonstrate the technology that sets them apart from their competition.

In addition to the video, ALPHA created and produced a full-color trade show booth, four client case studies, office wall posters and a quarterly e-newsletter. These tools brought life to the DHL Same Day brand and provided an effective vehicle for communicating with current and potential customers.

The video and other materials have been incorporated into additional sales efforts and shown globally within DHL. In addition, the video garnered two Gold ADDY Awards.
