Lenovo tapped ALPHA to help create a comprehensive onboarding guide for new partners. Previously, new partners received a series of welcome emails and were then thrown into the deep end without much guidance and coaching on how to sell, and be successful with Lenovo.
ALPHA worked hand-in-hand with the client to create a Lenovo New Partner Quick Start Guide, bringing together all communications into a single, usable hub and giving new partners step-by-step instructions on how to do business with Lenovo.
More broadly, the Quick Start Guide covered what products to buy, how and where to buy them, how to secure financing, as well as strategies for stacking sales and maximizing earnings.
The guide also included an easy-to-use overview of products and services, product configurator support tools (also created by the ALPHA team) and a handy glossary of Lenovo terminology. The desired outcome was to help partners, sell, earn and lead with Lenovo, and we succeeded.
