Lenovo came to ALPHA looking for a solution. And as always, ALPHA delivered. Problem: there was no central tool within Lenovo that provided uncomplicated online access for business partners, distributors, and internal sales people to configure compatible options for a particular system. Lenovo tasked ALPHA with developing an online relational database that would allow those Lenovo business partners, distributors, and salespeople to easily attach S&P options to hardware and access other important information that was formerly provided by Lenovo in an extensive spreadsheet.
Launched in January 2011, the Lenovo Quick Pick tool quickly generated a positive response and user acceptance. Since then, ALPHA has assisted in implementing a global rollout of the database tool.
