Distrubutor Sales Representative Incentive

Sanford sells the world’s best writing instruments and is a single supplier for writing instruments in any category or price point. One of their goals for 2011 is to grow sales within their existing promotional products distributor base. To achieve this, they aim to incent repeat orders of Sanford writing products through their national accounts, as well as their secondary and tertiary distributors. They reached out to ALPHA to help create a 2011 sales incentive program to roll out nationally to their distributor base that would help increase sales and build excitement and loyalty among their B2B customers. 

We developed a sales incentive program entitled, “Sanford Write Choice Rewards” enticing Distributor Sales Representatives to convert past orders of competitive products to new Sanford product orders and in turn, reap rewards. To capture submissions, Alpha developed a custom web portal that allowed DSRs to easily register for the program, enter their submissions, upload their supporting invoices and track their overall progress in the sales incentive.

By creating a reusable web portal with great prizes,the sales incentive program is easily repeatable and is now scheduled for multiple runs throughout 2011.
